District 22 Disaster Preparedness

Objective:
To organize the membership of the District and Posts into a cohesive unit so that in time of disaster, the membership of the posts and district may implement training and be available for duty with material and personnel to cooperate with all law enforcement and other disaster emergency relief.

Organization:
     Each of the following American Legion Posts have been designated emergency relief locations. These Posts maintain kitchen facilities and have been staged with blankets and cots.

     Alpine Post 258                          Alpine
     La Mesa Post 282                        La Mesa
     Alvin Myo Dunn Post 365          Vista
     Lincoln Demming Post 468       Julian
