E-MAIL ALERT

There are many SPAM E-Mails going around.  Many of these "spammers" are getting addresses from forwarded E-Mails when multiple addressees are listed.  When sending E-Mails to multiple recipients, please use the "BCC" address line.  This will prevent the addresses of all of your contacts from being gathered by spammers.  In addition, when forwarding an E-Mail, please delete the address lines from the previous sender.

Would like to begin to plan a District 22 Chaplain's prayer breakfast at Post 434.
Contact Chaplain Bill Trayer at: chaplain.bill@yahoo.com.

Convention Housing

The 22nd District has reserved nine rooms at Best Western Hilltop as our headquarters hotel for the 2012 Redding Convention. In order for any member to reserve one of these rooms you must go through the chair. Please print out the attached reservation form and mail to: Chuck Camarato, 2261 Fairfield St. San Diego, CA. 92110. Also include a downpayment check of $131.62 made payable to the 22nd District. This price is for one night stay which includes tax. Upon receipt and approval an authorization will be sent to Best Western to complete reservation process.

Reservation Form in PDF format for Printing

Any member wishing to deal directly with Best Western may do so but will not count on our nine room block. All members may also stay at any other hotel of their choice but I do ask to be informed of this so that I may get the correct credit due for our convention corporation. It is important that the convention corporation get credit for all rooms booked for credit to the convention center.

If anyone has any questions please email me at ccamarato@yahoo.com

Chuck Camarato, Convention Housing Chairman
